What are the conditions of participation for Zumba® Instructors?

The instructors must be ZIN™ members, with an account in good standing, both on the date of registration and on the date of the conference.

In the event that their ZIN™ account is not in good standing on the conference start date (October 17, 2025), they will only have access to the open sessions.

I am a Zumba® student, may I attend the conference?

Yes. You get limited access to the open sessions only.

What are the conference packages?

  • ZIN PASS | instructor package
  • NONZIN PASS | Z-student package
  • GUEST PASS | companion package

Can I change a package that I already purchased?

Yes. You can upgrade your package at any time, by request at office(at)keepup.ro or by sending a message via the Contact Us page.

You will have to pay the related rate difference.

Are there activities that involve additional costs?

Yes. The conference hosts two optional trainings, exclusively for instructors, that require separate registration, on www.zumba.com or onsite:

  • Choreo ZIN™ Jam Session
  • Zumba® Pro Skills training

Where is the conference taking place?

All scheduled activities are held at Mercure Sibiu Arsenal Conference Center | 48 Victoriei Boulevard, Sibiu 550024, RO.

Is the conference schedule the same for all participants?

No. The schedule includes sessions:

  • exclusively for instructors | the ZIN™ Only sessions & the ZIN™ Only ($) trainings
  • for instructors and Z-students | the open sessions

The minimum age to participate in open sessions is 11.

Can I bring a companion?

Yes. The package for a ZIN or NONZIN's companion is the GUEST PASS, that grants access to the Theme Party only.

Can I bring my child?

The presence of the children under the age of 11 is not encouraged.

If you choose to come with your under 11 child, be aware that they will not have access into the conference rooms.

Can I receive the invoice on my company?

Yes. Do not forget to fill in the company details at the time of registration.

What is the conference registration cancellation policy?

This policy depends on the date of the cancellation and applies to the ZIN PASS & NONZIN PASS packages only:

  • Until August 16, 2025: 100% refund
  • From August 17 - August 31, 2025: 50% refund
  • From September 1, 2025 and/or in case of no show: no refund

The cancellation of a registration is done by e-mail to office(at)keepup.ro.

Can I transfer my package to another participant?

No.

Can I register onsite?

Yes, unless the conference will be sold-out before the opening date.

Payments onsite are made in cash only. Potential conference materials/gifts are not granted.
