Zumba® instructors only can attend the conference?

No. The conference mainly addresses to the instructors, but Zumba® students and also companions of a registered instructor or Z-student are welcome to attend.

Can I become a Zumba® instructor at the conference?

Yes. All you have to do is to complete the Zumba® Basic 1 instructor training course.

Are there activities that involve additional costs?

Yes. The conference hosts two optional trainings, marked in the schedule with ($), that require separate registration, on

What conference packages are available?

  • ZIN PASS , Under20 ZIN PASS & 1-Day ZIN PASS | instructor packages
  • NONZIN PASS, Under20 NONZIN PASS & 1-Day NONZIN PASS | Z-student packages
  • GUEST PASS | companion package 

Who's eligible for Under20 package?

Any instructor or Z-student under the age of 20, both on the date of registration and on the date of the last day of conference (October 22, 2023).

Upon arrival, an identity document that confirms the age will be needed.

Where is the conference taking place?

All scheduled activities are taking place at Carmen Hotel in Predeal. 

Is the conference schedule the same for all participants?

No. The schedule includes exclusive sessions for instructors - the ZIN™ Only & ZIN™ Only ($) sessions, markes accordingly in the schedule and sessions for instructors and students - the open sessions.

The minimum age to participate in open sessions is 11. 

What are the conditions of participation for Zumba® Instructors?

The instructors must be ZIN™ members, with an account in good standing, both on the date of registration and on the date of the conference. 

In the event that their ZIN™ account is not in good standing on the conference start date (October 20, 2023), they will only have access to the open sessions.

Can I bring a companion?

Yes. The package for the companion of a ZIN or NONZIN registered at the conference is the GUEST Package. 

The companion has access to the parties and does not have access to any of the Zumba® sessions.

Can I bring my child?

The presence of under 11 children is not encouraged. 

If you choose to come with your under 11 child, be aware that they will not have access into any of the conference rooms.

Can I receive the invoice on my company?

Yes. Do not forget to fill in the company details at the time of registration.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • Until July 15, 2023, the registration can be cancelled free of charge.
  • Between July 16 - August 31, 2023, the cancellation fee is 50% of the package rate.
  • Starting September 1, 2023 and/or in case of no-show, there is no refund possible.

Can I transfer my package to another participant?


Can I register onsite?

Yes, unless the conference will be sold-out before the opening date.

Payments onsite can only be made in cash.

For onsite registrations, potential conference materials or gifts from the Organizer/Partners can no longer be granted.
